Mike Flora Sloan Engineering Group has filed a site plan for a 227-unit apartment development at 1461 S Westgate Avenue. The project calls for seven buildings with access from Ariana Street and includes stormwater management and common space across two parcels.
The proposal is currently under design review with the city.
