Warehouse and outdoor storage coming to 2529 Longhorn Avenue

An 8,000-square-foot warehouse and industrial outdoor storage facility proposed for 2529 Longhorn Avenue.

A developer has filed plans for an 8,000-square-foot warehouse building and associated outdoor industrial storage (IOS) on a 4.13-acre parcel at 2529 Longhorn Avenue. The site plan shows 2 acres dedicated to asphalt milling surface for outdoor storage, with the remainder used for parking and the warehouse structure.

The project includes a new access road connecting to Longhorn Avenue. FGUA will provide water and sewer service. The developer plans perimeter landscaping, drainage, and retention systems as part of site design.
