An auto parts recycling facility is under review for 5320 Combee Road North.

A concept plan for Orlando Auto Parts Recycling at 5320 Combee Road North is currently under review by the city of Lakeland. The project covers 4 acres of owned land and has received environmental approval from the Southwest Florida Water Management District.

The site plan for the project was withdrawn after initial submission. The environmental permit (ERP 48896) was approved in February 2026 and is valid through 2031.

What happens next

The city will continue review of the concept plan (CPT26-064). Once concept approval is achieved, a new site plan may be submitted for review.
