Auto parts recycling proposal withdrawn at 5320 Combee Rd N
An auto parts recycling facility proposed for North Combee Road has been withdrawn from city review.
Franco Capoccia filed a concept plan and site plan in early 2026 for an Orlando Auto Parts Recycling operation at 5320 Combee Rd N. Both applications were withdrawn by August 2026. A related environmental permit for truck parking on the site was approved by the Southwest Florida Water Management District in February 2026, covering 4 acres of commercial use.
