Ay Que Rico is bringing its Cuban and American cuisine to Lakeland. The Brandon-based restaurant is leasing the building at 3419 E County Road 542 and working through county approvals to open a second location.
The space spans 2,153 square feet and includes indoor dining and a gazebo area for outdoor seating, plus an enclosed barbecue area. The operator plans to apply for a liquor license and offer karaoke, private parties, and community events.
