Circle K plans a 5,200-square-foot convenience store on a newly combined 4.22-acre site at the corner of US Highway 17 and Snively Avenue in Winter Haven. The store will include a 2,000-square-foot quick-service restaurant nested inside.
The project includes two fuel canopies: one with 7 fueling positions for standard fuel and a second high-speed diesel canopy with 4 positions. The site plan also shows parking, a solid waste enclosure, and landscaping. A turn lane off US 17 will be added, requiring Winter Haven to relocate existing utilities from that area.
The site plan is currently undergoing inspections as part of the county permitting process.
