A research and development facility of an industrial nature is proposed for 4020 Kidron Road.
CMTM (Critical Minerals to Metals Corp.) is seeking a conditional use permit to operate a research and development laboratory at 4020 Kidron Road, Units A12–A14. The facility would be industrial in nature and is being pursued by applicant Andrew Gillespie on behalf of the company. Owner Ruthven Airpark, LLC, holds the property.
The conditional use permit was heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission on August 18, 2026, and the commission is expected to make a final decision. A mechanical permit for HVAC replacement at the location was finalized in December 2025.
