Heritage Center LLC, the property owner, has pulled permits to remodel the existing commercial shell building at 2345 Commerce Point Drive. The work includes an interior buildout valued at $250,000, racking and conveyor installation for what appears to be a warehouse or distribution tenant, and a new automatic wet sprinkler system.
Permits show the space is being readied for occupancy, with an employee luncheon event held in early April suggesting active move-in preparation. The specific tenant identity is not yet public.
