Davenport Complete Street sidewalks finished
FDOT completed sidewalk improvements on Davenport Avenue as part of a complete streets project.
The Florida Department of Transportation finished building new sidewalks along Davenport Avenue in two phases, funded through the FDOT Five-Year Work Program. The project, which ran roughly 800 meters (about half a mile), cost approximately $1.1 million and was constructed by Atlantic Civil Constructors Corp.
Work began in June 2022 and was estimated to wrap by late December 2022. The project is now marked complete in the FDOT system.
