I-4 bridge over the CSX railroad is being rebuilt

FDOT is replacing the Interstate 4 bridge where it crosses the CSX railroad in Polk County.

The Florida Department of Transportation is replacing the Interstate 4 (SR 400) bridge at the CSX railroad crossing. The work is listed in FDOT's Five-Year Work Program (item 201217) as a bridge replacement, with a known contract value of about $33.1 million.
