Lakeland Christian School filed a site plan for what the city records call the "South Athletic Fields Addition and Renovations" at 1111 Forest Park Street. The application, submitted by Gadd & Associates, LLC, is under review by the city.
Separately, the school has been working through a string of building permits on the campus over the past year, including HVAC replacements, a roof replacement at 1131 Forest Park, an existing-space remodel, and AV upgrades. Those are routine maintenance and upgrades rather than part of the athletic-fields plan, though they share the same campus.
