Lakeland HMA is upgrading its plant on Reynolds Road with new production infrastructure. The project includes installing a secondary containment system, three large asphalt cement storage tanks (30,000 gallons each), and a new control tower to manage operations. The control room will be placed on an elevated block structure already on site.
