Lakeland Regional Health plans a new Endo building on Lakeland Hills Boulevard

Lakeland Regional Health is adding to its Lakeland Hills Boulevard campus. A planned development modification tied to the medical center (PUD26-003) was approved on March 17, 2026, and a related minor modification (PUD26-015) is still under review. Alongside those, a site plan for what the records call the "Lakeland Regional Health Endo Building" (SIT26-005) is working its way through the city's review, with a hearing date of April 29, 2026.

The wider stretch of Lakeland Hills Boulevard has plenty going on around the hospital: a long run of interior renovations and equipment replacements at the LRH emergency and imaging building at 1324 Lakeland Hills, plus separate projects nearby that share the corridor.
