The broader warehouse/storage work tied to the earlier approval (referenced in records as SIT24-035) is the one now underway.
A state wetland-delineation filing labeled "Publix Lakeland Deli" appears in the same record grouping, but its details point to a different, incomplete project by a different applicant; its connection to this warehouse site is not clear.
