North Ridge Logistics Center is a 229,020-square-foot shell warehouse under construction at 450 E Deen Still Road in Davenport. The county site-plan file (listed as Deen Still Road Industrial and later North Ridge Logistics Center) describes the warehouse along with its parking, stormwater, and a portion of a new road called North Ridge Trail.
The building permit is in the inspections stage, and the fire-protection work is moving with it — six ESFR wet sprinkler systems, a new fire pump, and an underground fire line with hydrants and risers all filed and under inspection through 2026.
In October 2026 a commercial renovation permit was filed for the site as a partial application, the kind used for a tenant buildout. Who would occupy the space is not yet public.
