One More Child is reworking its Sikes Boulevard campus
A planned development for One More Child on Sikes Boulevard is moving forward, with old buildings coming down and site work underway.
The property at 1015 Sikes Boulevard, owned by FBCH Land Holdings Inc., is being redeveloped as the One More Child planned unit development. Over the past year the site has seen sewer lines abandoned, several concrete structures demolished, trees removed, and an access-control system installed.
In July 2026 the city issued a site work permit tied to approved plan SIT25-013, valued at roughly $2.9 million, with Odom Contracting listed as the contractor and Landmark Engineering Group as applicant. A separate administrative modification to the PUD (to remove a phase) was under review as of mid-2026.
The records don't spell out exactly what buildings will replace the demolished structures or how the finished campus will be used, so those details are not yet public.
