A new shell warehouse at 3929 Pipkin Road S has had six tenant bays built out, with fire systems and trash enclosures now complete.
Records from the City of Lakeland show a multi-bay warehouse at 3929 Pipkin Road S, owned by R&G Pipkin Road Properties II LLC. Six interior build-outs — warehouse bays numbered 110, 116, 122, 128, 134 and 140 — were permitted in early 2025 and have since been finished, along with two tilt-wall dumpster enclosures.
The building is described in one fire permit as a single-story shell warehouse. Fire protection work followed: an underground fire line, sprinklers, and a fire alarm system, all now finaled. Go-Tilt Construction LLC was the building contractor on the bay build-outs and enclosures.
All of the permits on file have reached "Finaled" status, which means the city signed off on the work. The records do not name the tenants or businesses that will occupy the bays.
