Polk County is constructing a joint-use facility with warehouse, office, and support buildings on Bob Phillips Road.
Polk County has filed plans to build a combined facility in Bartow that will serve as a warehouse and administrative hub. The project includes a 112,320-square-foot warehouse, a 7,500-square-foot office building, and a 5,000-square-foot pole barn structure.
The facility is planned for 2155 Bob Phillips Road and is currently in the revision stage with the county's land development review process.
