State Road 60 resurfaced from CR 555 to Broadway Avenue
FDOT is resurfacing a 2.1-mile stretch of SR 60 through central Lakeland.
The Florida Department of Transportation is resurfacing State Road 60 between County Road 555 and Broadway Avenue, a stretch covering about 2.1 miles. The work is being performed by Ajax Paving Industries of Florida under contract T1867.
According to FDOT records, work began in December 2024 with an estimated completion date of November 27, 2025. The project is budgeted at approximately $4.67 million.
