A new ground-up Taco Bell is moving through county review at the corner of US-27 and Florence Villa Grove Road in Davenport.
Plans call for a 2,358-square-foot fast-food restaurant at 101 Tuscan Hills Blvd, on the southeast corner of US-27 and Florence Villa Grove Road in Davenport. Along with the Taco Bell building, the site work includes parking, utility and stormwater infrastructure, plus preparing a pad-ready future commercial outparcel next door.
The non-residential site plan is in review with Polk County, and a commercial building permit for the "new ground-up Taco Bell" has been filed but still needs additional information. The state's kitchen plans for the restaurant were approved with provisos in July 2026.
