A planned unit development for the Wedgewood Redevelopment at 401 Carpenters Way has been approved.

Daniel P Kovacs has secured approval for a Planned Unit Development at 401 Carpenters Way as part of the Wedgewood Redevelopment. The concept plan was completed in early 2026.
