World Electric Supply opens spec office at 5360 Allen K Breed Highway

World Electric Supply has finished an interior buildout at 5360 Allen K Breed Highway, Unit 180, under a concept plan approved by the city. The project included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work valued at $421,317.

Permits for fire-protection systems and fire-alarm installation finalized in December 2025, completing the build-out of the spec office space.
