Young Auto Sales plans to operate a used car dealership and auto body shop at 1517 Highway 17N in Eagle Lake. The business will use existing on-site structures: a storage building for vehicle service, a modular sales office, and a gravel parking lot with asphalt drive aisle. The site includes 7 gravel parking spaces and 1 paved handicap space for customers and employees, plus a 4,800-square-foot gravel area designated for vehicle sales display.

The business occupies approximately 2,150 square feet of office space and 2,250 square feet of warehouse space. Site plans were approved by Polk County in May 2025.
