84 Lumber is planning a location in the Winter Haven area

An application tied to 84 Lumber asks Polk County to allow more impervious surface (paving and buildings) on about 2.74 acres in a Business Park Center land-use district southeast of Auburndale, in the Winter Haven area. The request would raise the impervious surface ratio from the 0.60 maximum allowed in the Suburban Development Area to 0.70.
