Coral Ridge Storage is going up on US 27 in Davenport

Coral Ridge Storage is a 100,600-square-foot climate-controlled self-storage facility going up at 41010 Highway 27 in the Davenport area of northeast Polk County. The plans also include covered RV and boat parking, with three separate RV canopies permitted alongside the main building.

The county's building permits for the new building, the three RV canopies, and a wet-pipe fire sprinkler system are all in the inspections stage, which means the work is built or being built and being checked by inspectors. The fire sprinkler permit was filed in June 2026.
