Covenant Group plans 5,600-square-foot mixed-use building on South Florida Avenue
A developer is proposing a roughly 5,600-square-foot building at Florida Avenue South and Shepherd Road, with space for PDS and another tenant.
Covenant Group is seeking approval to build on approximately 1.21 acres at the northwest corner of Florida Avenue South and Shepherd Road. The proposed 5,600-square-foot building would include 3,500 square feet leased to PDS and 2,100 square feet available for another tenant.
The site plan application was filed in July 2026 and is currently under review by the county.
