Medical office and bank branch planned for Oakbridge Parkway site
A 4,200 sq. ft. medical office and 3,000 sq. ft. retail bank with drive-through are proposed to replace previous commercial plans at 1200 Oakbridge Parkway.
The East Village Minor Modification project seeks to change the approved use at 1200 Oakbridge Parkway. In place of the previously approved commercial entitlements, the applicant proposes a medical office building (4,200 sq. ft.) and a retail bank with a drive-through window (3,000 sq. ft.).
The modification requires a Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning decision from the City. A public hearing was scheduled for July 21, 2026.
