Enterprise has submitted site plans for a vehicle remarketing facility at 3740 Old Tampa Highway. The facility will process and remarket existing vehicles and include an office building, vehicle use area, stormwater management system, utilities infrastructure, and site landscaping.
The site plan has been approved by the county.
