Lakeland Hills Boulevard is getting rebuilt from Parkview to Granada
A roughly $19.4 million state project is reconstructing the pavement on SR 33 (Lakeland Hills Blvd) between Parkview Place and Granada Street.
The Florida Department of Transportation is rebuilding the pavement on State Road 33 — Lakeland Hills Boulevard — along the stretch from Parkview Place to Granada Street. The work is a flexible pavement reconstruction, and Hubbard Construction Company holds the contract (T1875), valued at about $19.4 million.
According to the FDOT records, the contract was let in June 2024, work began in October 2024, and the estimated completion date is late 2026. The project covers roughly 3 kilometers of roadway across several segments.
The records also include a small, separate item at 2320 Lakeland Hills Blvd: a finaled commercial permit to replace a 2.5-ton AC split system, valued at $6,800. That appears unrelated to the road work and is noted here only because it shares the corridor.
