Lone Palm Golf Club is getting a top-to-bottom clubhouse makeover
The clubhouse at 800 Lone Palm Drive is working through a series of renovation permits — from a new entry canopy to a gutted third floor and kitchen.
A string of building permits filed since mid-2025 shows the clubhouse at Lone Palm Golf Club being reworked piece by piece. The work included a $75,000 entry canopy addition and a roughly $376,000 third-floor renovation, backed up by new fire sprinkler lines and a fire alarm upgrade on that floor.
The most recent activity is a demolition permit issued in May 2026 for exploratory and select demo of the kitchen and men's locker room. Two proposed "Lone Palm" monument signs were filed in July 2025 but later withdrawn.
The property owner on every permit is listed as Lone Palm Golf Club LLC. The records don't spell out a single overarching plan or a reopening date — they show ongoing improvements to the clubhouse over the course of about a year.
