ALLIVAI LLC is building a large rental community known as Luxe at Lakeland, spread across a cluster of new addresses on Luxe Drive and 3000 Pyramid Parkway. City permits describe twelve three-story buildings, each listed as a 24-unit apartment building — about 288 units in all — along with a clubhouse, a community pool, a dog park, an outdoor kitchen grill station, a maintenance garage and several seven-car garages.
The buildings were permitted in two waves: amenity and site work filed back in 2022 and 2023, with the apartment building permits issued starting in October 2025 and running into early 2026. Through spring 2026 the fire sprinkler, fire alarm, pool, access-control and low-voltage permits were all issued, and a perimeter fence permit was finaled in May 2026 — all signs of active construction.
Bradley Construction Co is the general contractor across the project. The work is spread over a single large parcel, with individual building addresses running along Luxe Drive.
