Mt. Calvary Haitian Church, located at 398 Recker Highway in Auburndale, has filed plans to add a 16-foot by 67-foot, 4-inch building to the site. The project includes two paved handicap spaces and a 6-foot landscape buffer along the road frontage.
The plan removes a large concrete impervious area, resulting in a net decrease in hard surfaces, so no water management system is required. An FDOT driveway and sidewalk permit are required.
