Publix warehouse and return center is moving ahead on County Line Road

Publix Super Markets is building a warehouse and return center at 2600 County Line Road. The city issued a site work permit in July 2026, covering the earthwork and site preparation for a project that was previously approved under site plan SIT24-021.

The site work alone carries a valuation of about $23.5 million. Gray Construction is listed as the applicant, with Phillips Heavy Inc. handling the site work as contractor and Publix listed as the property owner.
