Publix is building a warehouse and return center on County Line Road
Where it is. On County Line Road.
Publix Super Markets is building a warehouse and return center at 2600 County Line Road, with site work and foundation permits already in hand.
Publix Super Markets owns the property at 2600 County Line Road (also addressed along Allen K Breed Highway) and is building what permits describe as a Publix Warehouse & Return Center, part of its distribution operation. The city has issued a site-alteration permit, a roughly $23.5 million site-work permit, and a foundation-only building permit for a produce center valued at about $6.1 million. Gray Construction is the building contractor.
Work is clearly underway: temporary construction-trailer power has been set up and finaled, sewer lines have been capped, and an underground fire line for the warehouse was permitted in late September 2026. A traffic study tied to the project remains under review with the city.
