Tropical Smoothie Cafe planned at 42660 US Rte 27, Davenport
Where it is. In Davenport.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is planned at 42660 US Rte 27 in Davenport: a new food-service business with seating, according to a kitchen plan-review application filed with the State of Florida.
Kitchen plans approved. The state received a kitchen plan-review application on 21 July 2026. The state approved the kitchen plans on 7 August 2026; its file lists the status as "Approved with Provisos". That is an application to build out a kitchen. It is not an opening date.
What we do not know: an opening date. The state file does not give one, and it says nothing about the building beyond a food-service kitchen with seating. The business name is the state file's spelling.
