Scott M Petro Eclipse Construction Company has filed for a permit to build a new 7,500-square-foot metal warehouse building at 6210 New Tampa Highway. The building will include interior office and breakroom space.
The property is owned by Regis Berkeley A&R Properties LLC. The permit application was filed in early July 2026 and is currently being reviewed by Polk County.
