The applicant/owner of 2925 Pavers Road has filed for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to rezone 38.22 acres from the Rural Development Area (RDA) to the Urban Growth Area (UGA). The parcel straddles both zones—the northern portion is already in the UGA, while the southern portion remains in the RDA. Unifying the entire 58.91-acre site under the UGA designation would allow development of an industrial storage yard.
The amendment is currently pending a hearing before the Board of County Commissioners. Because the proposed change affects fewer than 50 acres, it qualifies as a small-scale CPA under county rules.
