Auburndale has issued a commercial building permit (BC-26-0126) for a project at 6 Bobby Green Place, filed on August 13, 2026 and approved on August 17, 2026. The permit is classified as miscellaneous commercial construction.

At the same location, a site plan application (PLAN-26-00006) for residential use was approved in April 2026, and a separate commercial site plan (PLAN-26-0005) filed by Berkley Accelerated Middle School Inc in May 2026 is currently under plan review. A planned development application (PLAN-26-0004) for the nearby area was also approved.
