Lakeland Regional Health Systems is reworking the building at 1409 North Florida Avenue into what the permits call the Parkview MOB — a medical office building. The city issued a $6.5 million remodel and alteration permit in November 2025, covering work by Creative Contractors along with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing trades.
