Tesla Lakeland is preparing its 5.8-acre site on Highway 98 North with environmental permits approved.

O'Connor Management, LLC submitted an environmental permit modification for the Tesla Lakeland project on Highway 98 North, covering 5.8 acres of owned land. The Southwest Florida Water Management District approved the modification in December 2025.

A landscape irrigation plumbing permit was filed and issued on the same day in June 2026 but was subsequently withdrawn. The environmental permit remains active.
