The Diocese of Orlando pulled permits to renovate buildings C and D at the Resurrection Catholic Church and School campus at 333 Terrace Way. The city issued the main commercial remodel permit in September 2025 at a valuation of about $2 million, with Henkelman Construction listed as the building contractor.
