Not confirmed: What the guest "Enforce" search (titled "Search Complaints", with a Primary Address criterion) returns for a given address — it opens, but its results were not reviewed. If the address is near the city line
City limits in Polk County run lot by lot, and a geocoder places an address on the street rather than on the parcel. When an address is within about 490 ft of a municipal line the box above shows both offices and says so; either office can confirm which one covers the parcel, and the Property Appraiser's record names the taxing city.
